Scope of our Service

Through the website we ( and its affiliate (distribution) partners) provide an online platform through which centres (including all types of temporary accommodation) can advertise their retreats for reservation, and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations with or without or direct contact and recommendation. By making a reservation through, clients enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the centre booked. From the point at which a reservation is made, we act solely as an intermediary between clients and the centre, transmitting the details of the reservation to the relevant centre and their contacts, thereby providing a confirmation email for and on behalf of the centre.

When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each centre remains responsible for informing us in respect to the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website.

Bookings, Payments and Deposits

Once a booking request is generated via a reservation request will be sent via email to your reservations team ready for approval. We require that all booking requests are processed and responded to within a maximum of 24 hours to confirm rates and availability.

The booking request email from will contain the following information:

  • Dates (from/to)
  • Number of guests
  • Course or programme title
  • Room type (where applicable)
  • Any special requests/comments/questions

(Contact details and information for the client will be sent via email once the booking is confirmed)


Commission is charged 15% of the invoice value. A payment request for the commission will be sent to your accounts team within 7 working of the guest payment being taken.

Bookings declined: Should the booking request be declined please state the reasons and suggest any viable alternatives we could offer the customer e.g. different rooms or dates.

Advertised Pricing

At present we currently hold all of our retreat pricing in Thai Baht for simplicity, clarity and consistency. Real-time currency conversions are provided on the site taken from the daily rate provided by Yahoo Finance.

If preferred, you can invoice the customer directly once the booking has been confirmed and the deposit has been taken.

Price Promise

We operate and advertise a price promise agreement to our customers. This means that retreats booked through our website will be available at the same price offered on the centres own website and other advertising partners similar to us.

In instances where discrepancies are discovered either by ourselves or customers, either before or after booking, it is agreed that price discovered and advertised will be accessible to customers and a refund of the difference will be made if necessary.

Due to this price promise agreement, it is recommended that we are notified of pricing changes as and when they are released with the relevant link, information or rates table, supplied to us in advance to allow us to update the rates ahead of time.

Refunds and cancellations

We agree to uphold the same cancellation policy held through your own websites cancellation policy. In instances where refunds take place, we will refund all or part of the monies paid to us in commission and in accordance with the centres own refund percentage. For example, if you pay a 50% refund to your customer then we would also agree to match the same refund amount from any commission paid already.

From time to time we may offer discounts on retreats as part of our own marketing and sales strategy to encourage or close bookings. Unless otherwise agreed with the centre, the costs associated with any discounts or special offers may be supplemented in part or entirely by or its partners.

Any discounts and special offers offered through the centres own website should be relayed to us in order to synchronise those offers on the website and uphold our price promise agreement.
